Abstract

The invention discloses a production method of an ecological induction color-changing water-based PU fabric. The production method comprises the following steps of adding a certain amount of water-based PU resin and deionized water into a batching tank, sequentially adding a flatting agent, a thickening agent, a pH-sensitive color-changing plant dye and a dispersing aid in a stirring state, and performing continuous stirring for 0.5-2 hours to obtain PU impregnation slurry; adding the obtained PU impregnation slurry into an impregnation tank; impregnating base cloth in the impregnation tank, and then rolling out redundant PU impregnation slurry through a roller; drying the base cloth subjected to impregnation treatment through a drying oven; washing the dried fabric with water; and drying and rolling the washed fabric to obtain the ecological induction color-changing water-based PU fabric. The fabric prepared by the production method can obviously indicate the cleanliness, so that the fabric can be cleaned in time, and the harm to human health due to the accumulation of sweat or microorganisms on the surface is avoided.
