3 results about "Building information modeling" patented technology

Building information modeling (BIM) is a process supported by various tools and technologies involving the generation and management of digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of places. Building information models (BIMs) are files (often but not always in proprietary formats and containing proprietary data) which can be extracted, exchanged or networked to support decision-making regarding a built asset. Current BIM software is used by individuals, businesses and government agencies who plan, design, construct, operate and maintain diverse physical infrastructures, such as water, refuse, electricity, gas, communication utilities, roads, railways, bridges, ports and tunnels.

The invention discloses a BIM (Building Information Modeling) directory tree generation method and device, a product and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: determining a unique coding structure of a BIM according to an application demand of the BIM; respectively adding coding information and attribute information of corresponding hierarchies to the BIM model according to the unique coding structure by utilizing a BIM model attribute management tool, and adding sequence codes to the same class of objects with the same coding information; obtaining a unique code of the BIM model; lightweight processing is carried out on the BIM model, and geometric information and attribute information of the lightweight BIM model are associated; and importing the lightweight BIM model and the attribute information into a digital platform, identifying a unique code of the lightweight BIM model, analyzing a coding level, a table code, a classification object code level and a sequence code, matching an analysis result with a classification and coding table in the digital platform, and generating a BIM model directory tree according to the coding level and a matching result. According to the method, the corresponding directory tree can be automatically adjusted along with expansion and adjustment of the model.
