The multiple net-shaped caterpillar bands are arranged in the heat preservation box body from top to bottom in a layered mode to form a continuous turn-back conveying structure. The sludge film forming machine is arranged corresponding tothe net-shaped crawler belt on the uppermost layer; the dry sludge conveying belt is arranged corresponding to the conveying downstream end of the bottommost net-shaped caterpillar band; the heater and the drying fan are arranged at the bottom in the heat preservation box body; an air inlet of an air duct of the air energy heat pump is communicated with the near top of the heat preservation box body, an air outlet of the air duct is communicated with the near bottom of the heat preservation box body to form circulation, the chemical water absorbent box is arranged in the air duct of the air energy heat pump and connected with an air energy heat pump heat exchanger, and the air exchange pump is installed on the air duct of the air energy heat pump. The drying box is beneficial to realizinglow-temperature drying of sludge, improving the sludge drying treatment efficiency and reducing the treatment cost.
