The invention relates to a labor-saving safety hammer comprising a hammerhead and a handle. The hammerhead comprises a top seat and a sleeve fixed on the top seat; the wall of the sleeve is made of a heat conduction material, and heating coils are arranged inside the sleeve wall; the axis of each heating coil coincides with that of the sleeve; each heating coil is electrically connected to an alternating power supply located inside the top seat; the alternating power supply is electrically connected to a control switch arranged on the handle; a power spring made of memory alloy is arranged on the axis inside the sleeve with one end fixed to the top seat, and a hammer piece is fixed to the other end of the power spring and can slide along the sleeve wall. The hammer can provide strong ramming force even though being light in self weight and small in size, is safe to use and cannot cause injury to human bodies.
