The invention discloses an automatic pallet combination and separation system which comprises a pallet combination system, a pallet separation system and standard pallets. The pallet combination system comprises a level standard pallet conveying belt line I, an upward sloping conveying belt line at the pallet combination position and a level conveying belt line for combined pallets, wherein the three conveying belt lines are connected sequentially. A cargo conveying belt line I is arranged above the standard pallet conveying belt line I, the tail end of the cargo conveying belt line I is connected with a downward sloping pallet combination device, and the tail end of the pallet combination device is slant to the middle portion of the conveying belt line at the pallet combination position. The pallet separation system comprises a level pallet separation front conveying belt line, a downward sloping conveying belt line at the pallet separation position and a level standard pallet conveying belt line II, wherein the three conveying belt lines are connected sequentially. A cargo conveying belt line II is arranged above the standard pallet conveying belt line II, the front end of the cargo conveying belt line II is connected with a downward sloping pallet separation device, and the front end of the pallet separation device is slant to the middle portion of the conveying belt line at the pallet separation position. The automatic pallet combination and separation system is fast in conveying speed, stable in operation and low in noise.
