The camera carries out shooting when the paper outlet port throws the paper out and transmits a shot image to the drive software, and the drive software is used for judging whether the image corresponds to blank paper or not, wherein if yes, the next page printing continues to be carried out, and if not, two executing mechanisms including the direct printing mechanism and the intelligent mechanism are achieved, wherein if a user sets the printing mechanism as the direct printing, the later printing task directly continues to be carried out, and if the user sets the printing mechanism as the intelligent mechanism, paper is continuously thrown out until the blank paper is found out, and the later printing task continues to be carried out. The intelligent printer can automatically judge whether the printed file is printed on the waste paper or not, and therefore whether printing needs to be carried out again is decided.
