The invention discloses a shell-shaped mussel dissection tool with the adaptive cutting board curvature. The shell-shaped mussel dissection tool comprises a tool plate and a tool handle. The tool plate is fixedly connected with the tool handle, and the tool plate can stretch and contract in a cavity of the tool handle and is fixed to a proper portion according to the needed stretching length. Thetool plate is composed of a steel plate which has proper torsion rigidity and corresponds to the inner surface of a mussel, wherein the steel plate can be adaptively curled.
