The invention discloses a high-precision frequency-modulated printing process which comprises the following steps of: 1. confirming an optimal printing plate screen dot numerical value and a printing plate output curve which are suitable for a 10-micron frequency-modulated screen dot and specifying optimal printing solid density, an optimal screen dot extending value and an optimal ink printing sequence standard which are suitable for 10-micron frequency-modulated screen dot printing to obtain a printing color gamut with high color gamut generation; and 2. carrying out printing work and data check strictly according to the process standard specified in the step 1 and all printing plate data obtained in the step 1 in an electronic color scanning and pattern adjusting procedure, a digital proofing procedure, a computer direct printing plate output and printing plate flushing procedure and a printing procedure of general printing work. In the high-precision frequency-modulated printing process provided by the invention, the traditional printing idea is eliminated, 1485 groups of color management data which are suitable for 10-micron frequency-modulated printing and a 10-micron frequency-modulated printing process specified standard are especially developed so ad to realize the 10-micron frequency-modulated screen dot printing.
