The invention relates to a single-mode fiber connector wire on the basis of an adhesive-free vitrification technology. The single-mode fiber connector wire comprises a silica fiber, a vitrified nanometer-sized silicon dioxide layer and a ferrule. The vitrified nanometer-sized silicon dioxide layer covers the outside of the silica fiber, the ferrule covers the outside of the vitrified nanometer-sized silicon dioxide layer, and nanometer-sized silicon dioxide is vitrified to form the vitrified nanometer-sized silicon dioxide layer. Preferably, the nanometer-sized silicon dioxide is nanometer-sized silicon dioxide with a low melting point, and the melting point is lower than 1500 DEG C. The ferrule is a ceramic ferrule or a metal ferrule or a silica ferrule. The invention further provides the related nanometer-sized silicon dioxide and a manufacturing method for the single-mode fiber connector wire on the basis of the adhesive-free vitrification technology. The single-mode fiber connector wire on the basis of the adhesive-free vitrification technology, the nanometer-sized silicon dioxide and the manufacturing method have the advantages that the single-mode fiber connector wire is smart in design, simple in structure and suitable for large-scale popularization and application, is high-temperature-resistant, is not easy to burn and can bear W-grade single-mode transmission.
