A method for detecting the temperature of a solar cell module based on an infrared temperature measuring device belongs to the field of solar cell module testing. The method is characterized by comprising the steps of adjusting the infrared temperature measuring device to enable a detected solar cell module and a temperature reference point to be positioned in an effective temperature measuring range of the infrared temperature measuring device; the temperature reference point being provided with a temperature reference device; the temperature reference device having a fixed emissivity; obtaining the temperature distribution characteristics of the detected solar cell module through the infrared temperature measuring device; and comparing the temperature distribution characteristics of the detected solar cell module with the temperature of the temperature reference point, and evaluating to obtain the temperature of the detected solar cell module, namely the equivalent temperature of the solar cell module, so that the problem of inaccurate temperature test of the current solar cell module end can be effectively solved, the condition of test data deviation is effectively avoided, and the loss of a production enterprise is avoided.
