A multilevel stacked CMAC model for equipment performance evaluation comprises multiple levels of subsystems and multiple levels of stacked CMACs. The multiple levels of subsystems include n lower level subsystems which are a first subsystem, a second subsystem ...and an Nth subsystem. The multiple levels of stacked CMACs correspond to the multiple levels of subsystems in a one-to-one manner. Onesubsystem corresponds to one CMAC, and a multilevel stacked CMAC model is formed. By means of the multilevel stacked CMAC model for equipment performance evaluation, the performance evaluation problemof complex equipment can be solved, and the performance evaluation of the complex equipment is easy and practical. By adopting a multilevel stacked structure, evaluation layer by layer and tracing layer by layer can be carried out, and the subsystem with performance degradation or reasons can be quickly judged by checking the output of the lower level of CMACs of the multilevel stacked structure.The multilevel stacked CMAC model is established through the multilevel structure, each CMAC corresponds to one subsystem, the input of each CMAC can be reduced, the input characteristic quantity ofeach CMAC is about 3-5, the storage problem caused by too much input quantity of the CMAC is avoided, and the practicality of the CMAC in equipment performance evaluation is greatly enhanced.
