The external membrane process domestic sewage treating apparatus for ship is one integrated machine set comprising buffering cabinet, biological contact oxidizing cabinet, clear water cabinet, external osmotic membrane combination and contact sterilizing cabinet. The sequencing batch treating process includes pumping supernatant into the clear water cabinet, permeating with external osmotic membrane combination, and ozone sterilizing to obtain water for draining or reusing. The apparatus has compact structure, easy installation and maintenance, high treating efficiency and automatic PLC control, and is suitable for unmanned use in ship.
