AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This patented technology uses special solutions made by mixing certain types of substances together called metals like iron (II) sulfates into water that forms tiny particles when dissolved. These small solids are then added to other liquors containing phosphonium acetyltrifluoromethane-sulfonamidine(PTFE). By doing this they can create stable liquid mixtures for use in various applications such as fertilizers.

Problems solved by technology

The technical problem addressed in this patents relates to improving the effectiveness of plant nutrients such as calcinated calcium nitrogen (CNO) for promoting healthy vegetation on both large scale farming systems that require frequent water supply and small plots where soil conditions may affect root structure.

Embodiment 1

[0025] Embodiment 1: the preparation of polypeptide metal chelate and polypeptide superphosphate

[0026] The production method of the used polypeptide metal chelate aqueous solution is that L-aspartic acid, L-glutamic acid, L-leucine are mixed with 1:0.2:0.2 (molar ratio) and 150 kilograms of solid materials are added to 500 liters of material condensation reactor rotated by oil circuit or electric heating. Heating at 230°C for 4 hours, cooling to obtain 120 kg of material, with an average molecular weight of 8100, adding the condensation reactant to a stainless steel reactor, adding equimolar caustic soda and raising the temperature to 80°C for 2 hours, adjusting the pH value to 10.5, and obtaining the weight Aqueous solution of polypeptide metal chelate than 30% 580 kg.

Abstract

The invention relates to polypeptide calcium superphosphate. The polypeptide calcium superphosphate is characterized by comprising 0.02-1.6% of polypeptide and 98.4-99.98% of calcium superphosphate based on total weight of the polypeptide. The invention further relates to a preparation method of the polypeptide calcium superphosphate. The method comprises directly mixing the polypeptide with the pulverized calcium superphosphate evenly to obtain the pulverized polypeptide calcium superphosphate, or palletizing the pulverized polypeptide calcium superphosphate into granular calcium superphosphate. Additionally, the invention further relates to application of the polypeptide calcium superphosphate to agriculture.
