Abstract

The invention relates to a coke oven column maintaining processing method, in particular to a thermal-exchange construction method of a coke oven column. The method comprises the following steps: by aiming the situation that the middle of the coke oven column is greatly deformed, replacing the middle oven column part; under the condition of not unloading the upper and lower brace spring pressure, cutting off a deformed or destructed part in the middle after the upper oven column and the lower oven column are fixed by a reinforcement measure, then adjusting local parts which are not straight by a hydraulic system, and installing a new partial column on the cutting position. The invention has the following beneficial effects: numerous devices can be prevented from being dismounted by changing parts of the oven column, and the dismantling time in the early period and the installing time in the later period are shortened; the oven column is repaired during the production interruption time of the coke oven to guarantee the regular production of the coke oven; the method is simple in operation, and local protective maintenance can be carried out so as to reduce influence on the coke oven; the phenomenon that coke in the coke oven generates a great quantity of wastes because of too long operating time can be avoided, thus lightening pollution to the environment; and in addition, the maintenance cost is lowered and the economic benefit is high.
