Abstract

The invention discloses a manufacturing process for longilineal and cylindrical parts, which relates to the technical field of processing of machinery parts. The processing technology comprises the following steps of: blanking firstly and processing an outer circle to form a semi-finished product; connecting a core rod at the lower end of a punching machine; fixing a mould with a cylindrical groove on a punching machine seat opposite to the core rod; vertically placing the semi-finished product into the mould with the cylindrical groove; placing a steel ball at the upper end of the center of the semi-finished product; and starting the punching machine to extrude the steel ball by the core rod to penetrate through the lower end of the semi-finished product. The traditional bore hole is replaced by the punching machine in the processing technology provided by the invention; each operator can finish about 3000 parts every working day, so that the processing technology has the advantages of high speed, high efficiency, lower production cost, low product error and high precision.
