Abstract

The invention discloses a mobile terminal. The mobile terminal comprises a battery and a battery electric quantity display system, wherein the battery electric quantity display system comprises a power supply management chip, a control chip, an LED drive chip and an LED lamp array arranged in a shell of the mobile terminal; the shell includes a transparent region arranged above the LED lamp array; the power supply management chip is used for detecting residual electric quantity of the battery; and the control chip is used for controlling the LED drive chip to drive the LED lamp array to display a figure changed based on the residual electric quantity. The invention provides the mobile terminal for indirectly reflecting a change of electric quantity of a battery by displaying a change of a figure by the LED lamp array. The change of the figure is the change of one or more of figure color, shape and brightness, so that the displaying of electric quantity of the battery is more novel and interesting.
