Abstract

The invention discloses an endurance test method for a central control door lock switch. By alternate movement of two cylinders, the cyclic motion of the central control door lock switch in a locking/unlocking period is realized to perform endurance test on the central control door lock switch. The method comprises the following steps of: parameter setting: setting the length of a cylinder ejector rod which extends out of each cylinder, setting the pressing frequency of switch keys and setting endurance test ending conditions; lofting; rough adjustment; fine adjustment: respectively aligning the two cylinders with a locking key and an unlocking key of the central control door lock switch; endurance test: starting endurance test, and determining the frequency of the endurance test; and endurance test ending judgment: performing endurance test ending judgment, continuously performing the endurance test if the endurance test ending conditions are not met, and ending the endurance test until the endurance test ending conditions are met.
