The invention relates to a crease-resisting underwear with wrinkles. The crease-resisting underwear comprises an underwear body (1), wherein a ruffle (2) is arranged on the neckline of the underwear body (1), the ruffle (2) has two layers and is made of silk fabric, the underwear body (1) is sewn through fabric which comprises a cotton fabric layer, and a poly urethane (PU) resin layer is coated on the outer surface of the cotton fabric layer. The ruffle is arranged on the neckline of the underwear body, so that the neckline can be enlarged, and the ventilating effect is greatly improved. The crease-resisting underwear is comfortable to wear and attractive in appearance and has the crease-resisting effect.
