Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic selection method of a wireless channel. A system picks a control channel and a business channel in all the channel at random when the system is started. All the channels need to accept a strength detection within the first scanning period and the quality of the channels need to be ranked in sequence according to the detection results. A channel of the best quality in the ranked channels is chosen to replace an old control channel to act as a new control channel, and the secondary channel is chosen to replace an old traffic channel and to act as a new traffic channel. After a period of time, the system jumps to a second scanning period and conducts the strength detection of all the channels again, and ranks the quality of all the channels in sequence according to the detection results, and then chooses the channel of the best quality in the ranked channels to be the new control channel and the secondary channel to be the new traffic channel. The above-mentioned procedures can be repeated to obtain the chosen channels to be the best all the time. By means of the automatic selection method of the wireless channel, a channel of good strength can be chosen accurately and quality of the channel can be guaranteed.
