Abstract

The invention provides a two-stage baffled electrolytic decolorizing reactor comprising an electrolysis zone, a water distribution zone positioned below and communicating with the electrolysis zone, and a reaction zone. The reaction zone is divided into a plurality of reaction chambers through a plurality of separation plates. The plurality of reaction chambers are arranged linearly. A first communication port is provided on each of the separation plate. A through hole water filter plate is arranged between the electrolysis zone and the water distribution zone. The top end of the electrolysis zone communicates with a reaction chamber on a head end of the reaction zone through a second communication port. A water inlet port is provided on the bottom end of the water distribution zone. A water outlet port is provided on a reaction chamber on the rear end of the reaction zone. The reactor provided by the invention has the advantages that: an oxidant electrical generation process and an organic pollutant oxidation process are carried out in two reaction zones; oxidant yield and current efficiency of unit energy consumption can be improved; and entire reaction time is reduced.
