Fish-like wing-flap-type rudder device

A technology of imitating fish and flaps, which is applied in the direction of steering with rudder, which can solve the problems of scrapping of ships, failing to pass the audit, and increasing the power of the steering gear, so as to achieve the effect of good rudder effect.

Benefits of technology

This new technology makes sure boats move smoothly even at very low angles without losing their balance or causing damage from waves hitting them. It works well with specific types of vessels but doesn’t work effectively on other water craft due to its lacking ability to handle strong forces like wind turbines.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed by this patents relates to improving the performance of navigator systems for controlling navigation commands during marine operations such as cruising vessels and submaritime exploration boats without increasing their weight due to the size of conventional integrated components that require significant space when mounted vertically. Additionally, it highlights how current flowmeters can only measure fluid levels accurately but cannot provide accurate data about vessel's movement direction. Therefore, new designs were developed where the entire system consisted of separate parts instead of one unit, which allows for greater flexibility while maintaining accuracy compared to previous configurations.

Embodiment Construction

[0016] The present invention is described in more detail below in conjunction with accompanying drawing example:

[0017] 1-6, the fish-like flap-type rudder device consists of a fish-like main rudder 1 , a main rudder rudder stock 2 , a hinged rudder shaft 3 and a fishtail flap sub-rudder 4 . The imitation fish-shaped main rudder rudder body is made up of three major parts of imitation fish-shaped main rudder rudder front body, 5 imitation fish-shaped main rudder middle body 6, and imitation fish-shaped main rudder rear body 7.

[0018] Referring to Figures 2, 3, 4, and 6, the fishtail sub-rudder 4 in the new fish-like flap-type rudder device is linked with the fan-shaped multi-rear body 7 of the fish-like main rudder, and the fish-like main rudder 1 follows the main rudder. The rudder rudder stock 2 rotates the rudder angle α10 / χ12, the fish tail flap type sub-rudder 4 rotates with the fish-like main rudder 1 to produce relative rotation, and the flap rudder angle β11 / δ13.

Abstract

The invention aims to provide a fish-like wing-flap-type rudder device. The fish-like wing-flap-type rudder device comprises a fish-like primary rudder and a fishtail-type secondary rudder. A rudder front body of the fish-like primary rudder is in a streamline symmetrical wing shape. A rudder middle body of the fish-like primary rudder is a flat-plate waist section. A rudder back body of the fish-type primary rudder is in a fan shape, the rudder back body of the fish-type primary rudder is hinged to the fishtail-type secondary rudder, and the fishtail-type secondary rudder rotates relatively along with the rotation of the fish-like primary rudder. The fish-like wing-flap-type helm device has good rudder effects under the condition of small rudder angles, can guarantee the heading stability of ships, and is suitable for inland river transport ships, port operation ships and ocean engineering vessels with specific requirements for ship maneuverability, and further applicable to original sample conveying transport ships with high requirements for head stability.
