Abstract

The invention discloses a method for establishing a balanced suspension plate spring model and relates to the technical field of vehicle dynamics. The method comprises the following steps of 1, generating a plate spring model by using an ADAMS/CAR tool according to a preset plate spring parameter; 2, converting the plate spring model into the balanced suspension plate spring model according to inherent structure characteristics of a balanced suspension plate spring. According to the method, the plate spring model is firstly established by the ADAMS/CAR tool and the plate spring model is further edited to form the balanced suspension plate spring model, so that the degree of freedom in the process of modeling the balanced suspension plate spring is reduced and the modeling speed and the model calculation efficiency are improved; data required by modeling the balanced suspension plate spring is decreased; the plate spring can be conveniently connected with other parts of a balanced suspension to form an integral structure of the balanced suspension.
