[0018] Weigh 20 parts of nanoscale bamboo carbon, 40 parts of chitosan, 10 parts of xanthan gum, 10 parts of oleic acid, 0.5 part of arbutin, and 1 part of ethylparaben; add chitosan to distilled water, heat to dissolve; adding xanthan gum into distilled water to dissolve; mixing the dissolved chitosan solution and xanthan gum solution, adding nano-scale bamboo carbon, oleic acid, arbutin and ethylparaben in sequence, stirring and mixing.
