Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of quaternary ammonium salt type hydrophilic ultraviolet curing resin. The preparation method comprises the following steps: performing Michael addition reaction on binary polyether amine and acryloyloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride at room temperature to obtain a double-end secondary amino compound intermediate; and performing Michael addition reaction on the double-end secondary amino compound intermediate and polyfunctionality acrylic ester at 40-45 DEG C to obtain the quaternary ammonium salt type hydrophilic ultraviolet curing resin. The method provided by the invention has the following advantages: (1) the quaternary ammonium salt type hydrophilic ultraviolet curing resin is easily prepared by two-step Michael addition reaction in short time at relatively low temperature; and (2) due to a quaternary ammonium salt structure fixed by a chemical bond on a crosslinking network formed by photo-curing, the quaternary ammonium salt type hydrophilic ultraviolet curing resin can guarantee excellent initial and continuous anti-fog property of a film after being applied to anti-fog coating.
