The method comprises the following steps that (1) a test probe and a wireless data transmission module are arranged on the electronic nursing film; (2) a mobile terminal APP is arranged, wherein the mobile terminal APP comprises a data storage module, a data comparison module, a data change display module and a prompt function module; (3) when a user uses the electronic nursing film, the test probe collects user skin parameters, and the user skin parameters are transmitted to the mobile terminal APP through the wireless data transmission module; (4) the data comparison module compares the skin parameters before nursing with the skin parameters after nursing, compares the skin parameters after nursing for multiple times, or compares the skin parameters after nursing with set normal ideal data in the data storage module; (5) a comparison result obtained in the data comparison module is displayed in the data change display module to the user.
