Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of pipeline vibration tests, and particularly discloses a pressure balancing system and method for a rocket conveying pipeline system vibration test. The upper end of a test piece in the system is fixed to a portal frame through a pipeline upper-end fixing tool, the lower end of the test piece is connected with a vibration table through a vibration tool in a pressure balancing device, and the pressure balancing device is further connected with a force and displacement monitoring system. The test piece is connected with a measurement and data acquisition system and a control system, and the pipeline upper-end fixing tool is connected with a water injection pressurization system used for liquid filling and air inflation testing on the test piece. The pressure balancing system and method can be used for balancing pipeline deformation caused by the pressure effect and especially for large deformation caused by deformability of a corrugated pipe and ensure that all end faces of a pipeline are located at an initial position of a product as required; meanwhile, the freedom degree in the vibration loading direction can be guaranteed, and the influences on thrust of equipment can be reduced to the maximum extent.
