Embodiment 1

[0026] Setting: Take the LTE system as an example, set up a group call service for a cell of a base station, set its G-RNTI to 18, and UE0~2 under this cell belong to the group call, among which UE0 is in the RRC_Connected state, UE1 UE2 and UE2 are non-speaking right terminals, and both are in the RRC_Idle state.

[0027] Please refer to the attached figure 2 , is a specific flow chart of the terminal information reporting process in Embodiment 1 of the present invention, wherein: Steps a to Step e are the process of establishing a cluster access layer connection; Steps f to Step h are the process of terminal triggering authorization to report information.

[0028] First, after the trunking group call is established, UE1 and UE2 in the trunking group are in the RRC_Idle state, and they respectively initiate trunking random access:

[0029] For UE1, specifically:

[0030] Step a: UE1 in the RRC_Idle state in the cluster group initiates Msg1;

[0031] Step b: After receiving M

Embodiment 2

[0048] This embodiment provides a base station, which at least includes a cluster terminal random access processing module and a cluster operation authorization module.

[0049] The cluster terminal random access processing module is used to receive the random access request initiated by the non-speaking right cluster terminal after the group call is established, and establish a cluster access layer connection for the terminal; specifically including: changing the terminal from the RRC_Idle state to It is in the RRC_Connected state, and at the same time, the terminal is identified as the connected state of the cluster access layer (the connected state of the cluster access layer is subordinate to its RRC_Connected state); the terminal is in the RRC_Connected state at the RRC layer, and is in the Idle state at the MME and NAS layers .

[0050] The cluster operation authorization module is configured to receive a message sent autonomously by the terminal, and grant corresponding au

Embodiment 3

[0053] This embodiment provides a terminal, including a first module, a second module, and a third module.

[0054] The first module is used to initiate a random access request after the trunking group call is established, establish a trunking access layer connection for the terminal and the base station, change the terminal from the RRC_Idle state to the RRC_Connected state, and at the same time identify the terminal as a trunking access layer Incoming layer connection state (the connection state of the cluster access layer is subordinate to its RRC_Connected state); the terminal is in the RRC_Connected state at the RRC layer, and is in the Idle state at the MME and NAS layers.

[0055] The second module is used to autonomously send messages to trigger base station authorization when cluster operations are required, such as status information reporting, speaking right application, speaking right preemption and speaking right release.

[0056] The third module is configured to se

Abstract

The invention provides a method for reporting terminal information in a cluster system. The method comprises the following steps: after group calling is established, each non-speaking-right terminal initiates a random access request, and a base station establishes cluster access layer connection with the terminals; when cluster operation is required, the terminals actively trigger base station authorization, and transmit information to be reported to a network side. The invention further provides a base station, a terminal and a system corresponding to the method. According to the technical scheme of the invention, null resources can be saved, and the terminal information reporting speed is increased.
