Abstract

A water cooling type insulating solid wall for narrow-gap TIG (Tungsten Inert gas Welding) comprises a V-shaped left water cooling channel and a V-shaped right water cooling channel, wherein a first clamping arm is arranged on the left water cooling channel, and a second clamping arm is arranged on the right water cooling channel; a first positioning groove is formed in the inner side of the first clamping arm, and a second positioning groove is formed in the inner side of the second clamping arm; an electrode limiting square hole is formed between the left water cooling channel and the right water cooling channel; a first copper solid wall is arranged at the front side of the electrode limiting square hole, and a second copper solid wall is arranged at the rear side of the electrode limiting square hole; a first ceramic sheet and a second ceramic sheet correspondingly wrap the outer surfaces of the first copper solid wall and the second copper solid wall; when the two positioning grooves slide relative to an arc-shaped side edge of a plate type contact tube, the positions, relative to a sheet type tungsten electrode, of the first copper solid wall and the second copper solid wall, can be changed; circulating cooling water can flow through the V-shaped left water cooling channel and the V-shaped right water cooling channel to continuously cool the first copper solid wall, the second copper solid wall, the first ceramic sheet and the second ceramic sheet.
