Abstract

The invention discloses a common disease-oriented health management method. The method comprises the following steps: 1, accessing a network by a user through an intelligent terminal so as to find the website of a health management server; 2, register an account number by the user at the health management server; 3, selecting a common disease detection unit by the user and answering according to a question of a health detection unit; 4, transmitting the answered health detection unit to a matching module, matching the content with the content of a health database by the matching module, and giving common disease treating instructions according to the matching result; 5, outputting the common disease instructions to a health management terminal through an output module; and 6, logging in the personal account number by the user at any time and repeating the steps 3 to 5. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of obtaining health problem-related instructions anytime anywhere, feeding back the physical state at any time and adjusting the instructions at any time by the health management server according to the newest physical state of the user.
