Abstract

The present invention discloses a vehicle-borne computer Internet access method. The method comprises the steps of (1) an Internet-enabled smart phone is connected to a vehicle-borne computer, (2) the application unit in the vehicle-borne computer executes a network request operation, (3) the service program in the vehicle-borne computer obtains network request data and then sends the data to the service program in the smart phone, (4) after the server program in the smart phone receives the network request data, the server program sends the network request data to a network provider, and the network provider sends network response data to the service program in the smart phone, (5) the service program in the smart phone sends the network response data to the service program of the vehicle-borne computer, and (6) the service program of the vehicle-borne computer forwards the network response data to the application unit. The Internet access of the vehicle-borne computer can be realized in the condition without a network card.
