The invention discloses tissue closure apparatus. The tissue closure apparatus comprises an elastic woven body, wherein the woven body comprises a far end umbrella and a near end umbrella; each of the umbrella surface part of the far end umbrella and the umbrella surface part of the near end umbrella adopts a hollow structure with a middle opening, the hollow structure of the far end umbrella and the hollow structure of the near end umbrella are staggered, and the umbrella bottom part of the far end umbrella and the umbrella bottom part of the near end umbrella are connected through a connecting part. The tissue closure apparatus is directed at requirements of operations, the hollow far end umbrella and near end umbrella which have two open ends and are staggered on the woven body are used in cooperation, and a hollow working channel can be formed when the woven body is in a conveying shape, so that the working channel is provided for the interventional operation of the surgical department, and the operation of the interventional operation is not affected; after the interventional operation is completed, the woven body can be converted from a conveying state into a preset shape by the aid of a shape memory function of the woven body, so that a puncture hole or an incision is closed through a flow resisting membrane located in the woven body.
