Personal archives of students are managed through a student archive management unit; school roll information of the students are managed through a student school roll management unit; student attendance information is managed through a student attendance management unit; personal archives of teachers are managed through a teacher information management unit; class grouping information of a school is managed through the class grouping management unit; exam information of the students are managed through an exam management unit; and application data information of each function module is stored through a data storage management unit. The system really realizes proceduring, refinement and humanization of school work, forms a multi-function education information management system, and has the advantages of being efficient, quick and convenient.
