Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting mobile terminal information from a network. The method comprises the following steps: after mobile police equipment receives an information acquisition command, automatically disconnecting the VPN connection with a public security information network; detecting that a mobile terminal is accessed into the mobile police equipment through a data line, injecting an APP application to the mobile terminal, and disconnecting with wireless access service with the mobile terminal through the application APP; after receiving information notification for disconnecting mobile terminal wireless access service sent by the application APP, acquiring the mobile terminal information. By use of the method disclosed by the invention, the mobile terminal information about the data line access can be extracted from the public security information network under the condition that the pubic security information network and the public network are in disconnection, and any threat on the security of the pubic security information network is avoided, the conflict demand that the user is not allowed to access the information but needs to access the same is solved, and the blank of extracting the mobile terminal information from the network at the mobile police field is filled.
