Abstract

The invention provides a terahertz imaging security inspection equipment used for collecting the terahertz imaging of a target human body and identifying and judging a dangerous article hidden area in the imaging. The equipment comprises a plane mirror scanning unit which comprises a scanning plane mirror and a plane mirror scanning driving component which drives the scanning plane mirror to swing and is used for scanning the target human body in a vertical direction, a three-plane body focusing scanning mirror unit which comprises a three-plane body focusing scanning mirror and a three-plane body driving component which drives the three-plane body focusing scanning mirror to rotate and is used for scanning the target human body in a horizontal direction, a reflector which is arranged in terahertz wave propagation paths of the scanning plane mirror and the three-plane body focusing scanning mirror and are used for focusing corresponding terahertz waves, a point detector which receiving the terahertz waves focused by the reflector, an imaging and analyzing and identifying device which carries out imaging, analysis and identification on the terahertz waves obtained from the detector, and a terahertz wave generator which emits the terahertz waves for illuminating a target.
