The invention relates to a wear-resisting easily-assembling guide bearing for a furnace water pump. The wear-resisting easily-assembling guide bearing comprises a pump shaft, a guide bearing body, a metal bearing bush, a metal elastic bearing bush lining, an oil inlet hole and oil storage grooves; the pump shaft, the guide bearing body, the metal bearing bush and the metal elastic bearing bush lining are coaxially arranged; and the oil inlet hole is vertically arranged on the guide bearing body, the end, close to the metal bearing bush, of the air inlet hole is provided with a row of oil storage grooves. The wear-resisting easily-assembling guide bearing has the beneficial effects that (1) lubricating oil enters the guide bearing through the oil inlet hole and is evenly spread to the position between the pump shaft and the metal bearing bush through the oil storage grooves, lubrication action on the outer side of the pump shaft is achieved, and losses caused by friction are reduced; and (2) due to the guide bearing body and the metal elastic bearing bush lining are fixed through a bolt, and the metal bearing bush and the metal elastic bearing bush lining are fixed through a bolt, so that disassembling and replacement are convenient, and cost is low.
