Benefits of technology

This patented technology helps prevent overconsuming threads during production without causing any issues or losing materials due to insufficient use of top threads. By monitoring if there are enough remaining threads at once, this will help keep up more efficient work while ensuring that all necessary parts are used properly. Additionally, the technology allows users to monitor their progress towards achieving better quality products faster than traditional methods like stopping down and replacing new tools every few hours instead of constantly checking them manually.

Problems solved by technology

This technical issue addressed in this patented text relates to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of industrial suturing machines during their operation due to insufficiently tightened top and bottom threadings that could lead to incomplete seams caused by incorrect replacement of bobbins without proper monitoring from users.

Abstract

The invention provides a bottom line detection method, system and device for an industrial sewing machine, and a control device. The bottom line detection method comprises the steps of sending a control instruction to an ultrasonic transceiver device so as to enable the ultrasonic transceiver device to transmit ultrasonic to a first position and a second position according to a preset frequency; receiving an ultrasonic receiving signal returned by the ultrasonic transceiver device; and acquiring, according to ultrasonic transmitting and receiving time of the ultrasonic transceiver device and an ultrasonic sound speed, a first distance and a second distance respectively between the ultrasonic transceiver device and the first position and between the ultrasonic transceiver device and the second position, acquiring the number of rotation turns of a bobbin when the first distance and the second distance are not equal, and determining that the bottom line is insufficient when the number of the cumulative rotation turns of the bobbin is greater than a preset threshold. Through adoption of the bottom line detection method, system and device for the industrial sewing machine, and the control device, whether the bottom line is depleted can be detected accurately at the first time.
