The invention discloses a hydroponic vegetable support which comprises a water storage tank, an ejector rod and a cultivation tube, wherein the cultivation tube is in a spiral shape, the outer diameter of the cultivation tube increases from top to bottom, a plurality of openings are formed in the upper surface of the cultivation tube, cultivation tank bodies for cultivating vegetables are clampedin the openings, an cavity is formed in the ejector rod, the water storage tank is communicated with the upper end of the cultivation tube through the cavity, the lower end of the cultivation tube iscommunicated with the water storage tank, and a water pump is arranged at the upper part of the ejector rod; the ejector rod comprises an upper ejector rod body and a lower ejector rod body, an annular cavity is formed in the lower ejector rod body and outside the cavity, and the lower end of the upper ejector rod body is in slide connection in the annular cavity; an adjusting block is fixed to the upper end of the water storage tank, a horizontal hole is formed in the adjusting block, an adjusting plug is arranged outside the adjusting block, and the annular cavity and the horizontal hole arefilled with hydraulic oil. Compared with the prior art, the vegetable support avoids watering the vegetables everyday and has convenience in operation in a vegetable planting process; meanwhile, thesupport can be adjusted according to the illumination situation required by the vegetables to make the growth condition of the vegetable better.
