AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This new technology allows scientists to easily perform calculations based upon their own toolset or function used during experiments without having complex programs that require extensive training time. It also includes an improved way to calculate corrections from decomposable equations faster than previous methods like linear regression analysis (LSA).

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patents relates to reducing errors during power analysis calculations due to factors like partial network coupling or noise interference between different components involved in the power flows.

Embodiment Construction

[0085] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing, the present invention is further described, according to figure 1 with Figure 5 The flow shown is calculated for a 10428-node actual system example, which has 10428 nodes and 10436 branches. Due to the presence of small impedance branches with resistance greater than reactance, the traditional fast decomposition method for power flow calculation does not converge. The series compensation method is used to deal with small impedance branches, adding 24 branches and 24 nodes. At this time, the system scale is 10452 nodes and 10460 branches.

[0086] Using the method of the present invention and two existing patented methods to calculate the above actual system example, the unit of phase angle is radian, other quantities are used per unit, and the convergence accuracy is 0.00001. The three power flow calculation methods are as follows:

Abstract

The invention provides an incidence matrix operation-based rapid decomposition method coefficient matrix calculating method. The method is characterized by calculating a modified equation coefficientmatrix B' and an incidence matrix through matrix operation. The method comprises the steps of reading a first node number array I, an end node number array J and a reactance array X of each branch; forming n*1-order sparse matrixes AS and AE according to node and branch connection relations; calculating a node-branch incidence matrix A; calculating a branch susceptance array BB; forming a branch susceptance diagonal matrix BBD; calculating a modified equation coefficient matrix B' through the node-branch incidence matrix A and the branch susceptance diagonal matrix BBD. The method is implemented on a Matlab platform and enables scientific and technological personnel to test and analyze calculation results conveniently by using various tools and functions provided by the Matlab. The methodreduces program codes, simplifies programming and makes programs more clear; the modified equation coefficient matrix B' is calculated completely by using matrix operation, so that the calculation speed is greatly increased.
