The start-up and grid-connected control method comprises the following steps: according to the rotating speed of the wind power generator set during a blade opening process, acquiring the rotating acceleration speed of the wind power generator set; judging whether the rotating acceleration speed of the wind power generator set is greater than the preset rotating acceleration speed or not; if the rotating acceleration speed of the wind power generator set is greater than the preset rotating acceleration speed, starting up a feedback adjustor used for adjusting the rotating speed of the wind power generator set, setting the grid-connected rotating speed required for the wind power generator set as the target value of the feedback adjustor, and setting the rotating speed of the wind power generator set as the input value of the feedback adjustor; and according to the output value of the feedback adjustor, adjusting the blade opening speed till the rotating speed of the wind power generator set reaches the grid-connected rotatingspeed.
