Abstract

The invention relates to a platform for simulating influence of a shaft current on performance degeneration of a bearing of a wind generating set. A DC brushless motor is fixedly installed on a lowerbase plate, a permanent-magnetic aerogenerator is fixedly mounted on an upper base plate, the DC brushless motor and the permanent-magnetic aerogenerator uses a belt and belt pulleys for transmission,a brush makes contact with a shaft between the belt pulleys and the permanent-magnetic aerogenerator, a motor speed regulator is arranged on the right of the DC brushless motor, a motor controller isfixed on a lower pedestal, a single-chip microcomputer is connected with a PWM signal reception module of the motor controller in the motor speed regulator, and an output end of the permanent-magnetic aerogenerator is connected with an electric energy consumption device; a signal collection system is composed of a sensor and a data collection card; and an external power supply forms a loop via the brush, shaft, bearing and permanent-magnetic aerogenerator. According to the invention, a bearing performance degeneration process from a bearing fault caused by the shaft current of the wind generating set to attenuation and event failure of the bearing performance is researched.
