Abstract

The invention discloses a dismounting tool for a rotor of a cam rotor pump, and a dismounting method of the dismounting tool. The dismounting tool consists of a jack screw rod, a supporting plate anda plurality of pull rods; the jack screw rod and the supporting plate are mutually perpendicularly arranged in a threaded fit manner; the jack screw rod is arranged in a manner of penetrating throughthe supporting plate; the pull rods and the supporting plate are mutually perpendicularly arranged in a threaded fit manner; the pull rods are arranged in a manner of penetrating through the supporting plate; and screw rods fitting with threaded holes formed in the corresponding positions of a dismounted rotor are arranged at the top ends of the pull rods. The dismounting method comprises the following steps that the top end of the jack screw rod is aligned to a dismounted rotor shaft; the pull rods are aligned to the corresponding threaded holes in the dismounted rotor and are screwed into the threaded holes of the dismounted rotor; and the jack screw rod is screwed into the direction of the rotor shaft along the supporting plate until the rotor can be taken out of a pump cavity.
