Benefits of technology

This patented technology allows for better understanding on how well an AC-to-DC power supply works compared to previous methods such as Linearized Converters (LCCs). It does this because they use stabilizing techniques instead of creating specific functions or constants during operation. By doing these calculations over time, researchers are able to predict which parts will work best at different times based upon their properties. They also provide quicker feedback about optimal design options within certain limits. Overall, this new technique helps improve the efficiency and reliability of AC-AC converters while reducing costs associated therewith.

Problems solved by technology

This technical problem addressed in this patents relates to stabilizing an AC/DC conversion system that overcomes issues like instability caused by changes made during manufacturing processes. Current techniques involve analyzers and software simulation programs, but they require extensive knowledge about how these factors affect their effectiveness and reliance on specific assumptions. Additionally, current solutions lack accuracy and efficiency because they rely heavily upon approximate calculations involving constant values.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a system for a stability analysis of a DC (Direct Current)/DC converter. The method comprises the following steps of step S1, performing conversion deduction on aDC/DC converter system model to obtain a state-space equation of the DC/DC converter suitable for a stability analysis method of a discontinuous control theory; and step S2, judging an exponential stability of a DC/DC converter system and calculating an exponential convergence rate of the DC/DC converter by use of the deduced state-space equation of the DC/DC converter according to an exponentialstability analysis method of the discontinuous control theory. According to the method and the system for the stability analysis of the DC/DC converter, the DC/DC converter is described by use of thediscontinuous control theory, the system does not need to be linearized when the DC/DC converter is analyzed, the analysis of the system stability is more accurate, and meanwhile an analysis process is simplified.
