The housing part comprises a first housing and a second housing. One sides of the first housing and the second housing are in the structures of hollow rectangular with strip-shaped holes. The cover plate part comprises coverplate bodies. Two ends of each cover plate body are inserted into the strip holes in the one sides of the first housing and the second housing. The telescopic part is located between one ends of thecover plate bodies in the second housing. The top of the second housing is equipped with the control part. The control part penetrates through the top surface of the second housing to be connected with the telescopic part. With the above structure, a clean and tidy toilet environment is provided by resolving the problems in the prior art.
