The watch wireless charging and adjusting mechanism includes a watch wireless charging and transmitting end, a first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaftand a first adjusting knob, wherein the first knob is adjusted to rotate to drive the second rotating shaft to rotate, then the first rotating shaft is driven to rotate, and thus the watch wireless charging and transmitting end is driven to rotate up and down relative to the bottom case. The Type-c plug adjust mechanism includes a second adjusting knob, a screw rod, a moving block, an adjusting block, and a Type-c plug. The second knob is adjusted to rotate to drive the screw rod to rotate, then the moving block is driven to move back and forth, then the adjusting block is driven to move up and down, and thus the Type-c plug is driven to rotate left and right through a torsion spring.
