Abstract

The invention discloses a control method of a loom opening device. The method includes the following steps that after a loom is powered on, all drive motors are controlled to rotate to a flat heald position; a main shaft is controlled to rotate to an initial position, and the corresponding relationship between the drive motors and the main shaft is built; according to an encoder connected with themain shaft, the main shaft is controlled to rotate to a position same as the position before power failure; the drive motors are controlled to rotate to an angle same as the angle before power failure. After the loom is powered off, cloth remains on the loom, after the loom is powered on again, the main shaft is rotated to the position same as the position before power failure, and the motors arecontrolled to rotate to the angle same as the angle before power failure, so that the loom restores the state before power failure. Then, the loom continues to run for weaving according to a patternbefore power failure, and thus the problem of defective cloth is avoided.
