The controller judges whether information on the RFID tool label and the maintenance personnel identity label is correct or not, and the input/output end of the controller is wirelessly connected with the handheld terminal and the background server through the wireless network module and used for transmitting a judgment result to the handheld terminal and the background server. The tools in the tool box are effectively managed through the RFID system, whether the tools exist in the tool box or not can be rapidly and effectively counted and prompted, the working efficiency of maintenance personnel is improved, the safety of tool management is greatly improved, and transformation ofan airport overall intelligent system is accelerated.
