Benefits of technology

This patented technology allows an electromagnetically-actuated valves (solenoids) to have certain minimum values at which they can be switched without causing too much damage or noises during operation. These technical improvements make it possible to reduce vibrations that occur from switches made with these types of valves while still maintaining their effectiveness over time.

Problems solved by technology

This patented describes how an electric compressor can be used with a heat pile type air conditioner (HVAC). It uses two types of gas: helium or nitrogen which are both harmful substances that may cause health issues if released into our environment during maintenance operations. To address these concerns, there have been attempts at developing better ways to reduce noise caused by the use of HCs instead of traditional gases like Heliox.

Embodiment Construction

[0022] The specific implementation manners of the present invention will be described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, so that those skilled in the art can accurately understand the technical solutions of the present invention.

[0023] As mentioned in the background, in the prior art, the noise problem is solved by changing the structure of the valve body. However, this solution has problems such as high cost and long period.

[0024] In view of the above technical problems, this solution starts with the control of the solenoid valve, without changing the structure of the existing valve body, and reduces the noise by controlling the mode switching action of the solenoid valve, which solves the problems of high cost, issues such as long periods.

[0025] Such as figure 1 with figure 2 As shown, this solution relates to a solenoid valve control method for a heat pump air-conditioning system, which involves the control of the solenoid valve when the air cond

Abstract

The invention provides an electromagnetic valve control method of a heat pump air conditioning system. The problem of noise caused by refrigerant impact in the prior art is solved by optimizing a control strategy of an existing heat pump air-conditioning system. The electromagnetic valve control method comprises the following steps that at the moment when an air conditioner is started or when theair conditioner is in a started state, whether the electromagnetic valve needs to act or not is judged according to an obtained mode instruction, if yes, whether the pressure difference ( delta P) between the two ends of the electromagnetic valve is smaller than a preset value (x) or not is judged, and after the pressure difference ( delta P) is smaller than the preset value (x), the electromagnetic valve is controlled to perform mode switching action. According to the novel system, the pressure difference between the two ends of the electromagnetic valve serves as a reference, and the electromagnetic valve is controlled to perform mode switching action when the pressure difference is smaller than the preset value, so that the refrigerant impact caused by mode switching is reduced, the noise caused by refrigerant impact is reduced, and the noise reduction treatment for mode switching is achieved on the basis of an existing valve body structure.
