Embodiment Construction

[0071] The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0072] see figure 1 , an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for calculating elastic deformation of a roll system of a strip mill, and specific examples are as follows.

[0073] Step 1: Roll system discretization

[0074] In order to perform numerical calculations, the roll system is discretized first, such as figure 1 , that is, the straight line with the vertical centerline of the rack as the zero point, segment and number the work roll WR,

Abstract

The invention provides a method for calculating the elastic deformation of a roll system of a plate and strip rolling mill, which comprises the following steps of: 1, segmenting a working roll, a middle roll and a supporting roll, and discretizing corresponding variables; 2, uniformly mapping or superposing preset convexity to each discrete point, calculating initial inter-roller contact force distribution in the step 3, flattening the center, and inclining a flattening area; 4, performing inner-layer iteration; step 5, outputting flattening and inter-roller contact force if the pressing forceand the inter-roller contact force are balanced; 6, calculating deflection of each discrete point; calculating deflection of each discrete point based on a bending moment direct numerical value; 7, calculating an inter-roller flattening increment dKi; 8, judging whether the flattening increment is smaller than a threshold value or not; and 9, outputting flattening distribution between rollers, contact force between the rollers and roller gap shape data. By applying the embodiment of the invention, the convergence of calculation is improved, the calculation time consumption is reduced, and thecalculation amount is reduced.
