Abstract

The invention provides a sputum pathogenic microorganism metagenome de-homing extraction system and method. The system comprises a sputum liquefaction module for liquefying sputum, a de-homing modulefor removing a host, and a nucleic acid extraction module used for extracting nucleic acid from which the host is removed. According to the invention, a sputum sample can be treated in advance in combination with a host removal system, and nucleic acid extraction is carried out in combination with an extraction kit. The complete characteristics of pathogenic microorganisms in sputum are reserved as much as possible while sputum liquefaction is met, so that the sputum liquefaction and removal of human-derived hosts are realized, and genomes of microorganisms are highly reserved.
