The loan processing method comprises the steps: enabling a dispatch server to acquire an approval task uploaded by user interaction equipment; on the basis of the approval data, approval task uploading time, current time of the approval task and a preset time limit, determining execution time of the approval task and the approval task processing priority; matching a process rule base based on the approval data, and determining an approval process; on the basis of the execution time of the approval task, the approval task processing priority and the current working state of the RPA, determining the RPA capable of executing the approval task, and issuing an approval process to the RPA; and enabling the RPA to execute the approval process. According to the scheme, manual auditing is not needed, the approval process corresponding to the approval data can be determined through the process rule base, and the RPA capable of executingthe approval task is determined, so that the RPA executes the approval process corresponding to the approval data, the manual approval time is shortened, and the accuracy of loan service approval canbe improved.
